A request is not a confirmed appointment
An appointment request identifies the service, location, preferred date and an available time shown by the booking service. Appointments are arranged by location rather than a personally selected practitioner. The available slots can change as requests and store schedules change.
After submission, the request is awaiting staff confirmation. A confirmation screen records receipt of the request; it does not replace the staff follow-up. Please do not assume that choosing a time guarantees that slot.
When an arrangement changes
If you need to change or cancel a request, contact the selected store and quote your reference, if one was supplied. Give the original date and time so staff can find the relevant request. Do not submit repeated requests just to ask whether the first one was received.
If a preferred time cannot be accommodated, discuss an alternative with staff before travelling. A delivery or product enquiry is handled separately from a consultation appointment.
