Compare the item, not only its name
Two items with similar names may be different batches, packages or editions. Quote the product code and check the actual package when asking about a tea or gift. A year in a name may describe production, vintage or an edition; it is not automatically an age statement.
A tea package unit, net weight or production year that has not been verified is not a confirmed specification. An AI homepage illustration is not the product photograph. For alcohol, confirm the listed bottle and edition instead of assuming that every item has the same volume.
Price and stock that still need confirmation
A price marked pending must be checked with the store; an administrative placeholder is not a final selling price. Please keep the item code when enquiring about a limited edition or a catalogue entry that needs clarification.
The product subtotal covers the items requested. Any delivery arrangement or charge is discussed separately with the store. Stock and availability are confirmed before the order is accepted; a catalogue listing is not a reservation by itself.
Order, payment and collection are separate states
Submitting an order request does not make an online payment. The current arrangements are payment in store, bank transfer after confirmation, or contacting the store through WhatsApp. No payment-card gateway is provided by this website.
Wait for staff to confirm the items, total and payment details before transferring money. An order marked confirmed does not by itself establish that payment was received or that collection is ready. Ask about collection or delivery separately.
Keep the receipt key private
An order reference and its receipt key help retrieve the relevant order status. Treat the key as private: do not post it in a public review, screenshot or social media message. A reference alone does not establish someone’s right to see an order.
If details are wrong, an item is unavailable or an arrangement needs changing, contact the store with the reference. Discuss returns, cancellation, delivery and collection terms for that specific order before payment; this guide does not invent a blanket refund or delivery promise.
