Product description
An Australian gin made by steeping Shiraz grapes in gin, not a red wine. It has a deep purple-red colour with raspberry, citrus, juniper and spice notes. Check the bottle for batch details.
Production
Whole Shiraz grapes are steeped in high-proof gin for about eight weeks, then pressed and blended with Rare Dry Gin.
Tasting notes
Raspberry, citrus, pine and spice, with natural grape sweetness and a juniper finish.
Pairing
Serve over ice with tonic and lemon, or use in gin cocktails.
